All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • International locations (where applicable)

For international orders, additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Oversized Shipments

Some orders may be classified as oversized by shipping carriers and may:

  • Ship via freight or pallet
  • Require additional handling time
  • Require delivery appointments

Customers will be notified in advance if this applies to their order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Information
